The DHL International Air Express line is an air transport service that can deliver to most countries and regions worldwide. It can be used to send most non-restricted goods, excluding items prohibited by customs regulations and air transport in each country. When using the DHL line, it is recommended that you confirm the customs entry requirements and restrictions of the destination country in advance and strictly comply with the relevant customs regulations. DHL service is generally used for personal customs clearance. The sent package needs to be within the reasonable personal use range. If it exceeds the reasonable personal use range and results in an inability to clear customs, etc., the resulting losses need to be borne by the user themselves (e.g., DHL packages sent to mainland China with a declared value exceeding 1,000 RMB have a certain probability of being forcibly returned by customs due to exceeding the reasonable personal use range).

Declaration Requirements:
DHL requires the recipient to truthfully declare the item value, quantity, and product name. Any costs incurred due to false declarations need to be borne by the user themselves.
Shipping Rate Calculation:
The DHL line calculates the shipping fee based on the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight. Volumetric weight (kg) = Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) / 5000.
Example: If the volumetric weight of the package is 10 kg and the actual weight is 5 kg, the fee will be calculated based on the 10 kg volumetric weight.

Insurance Fees:
This line only provides commodity value insurance coverage (no insurance for international shipping fees). If 1.2% of the declared commodity value is less than 2,500 JPY, 2,500 JPY will be charged; if 1.2% of the declared commodity value is more than 2,500 JPY, the fee will be 1.2% of the declared commodity value.
Insurance Claims:
If a DHL package is lost or damaged during international transportation, the actual compensation amount will be mainly based on the investigation results of the local DHL company.
1. Packages without purchased insurance:The international shipping fee will not be refunded. The compensation amount will be calculated at 22 SDR (1 SDR = 153.76 JPY) per kilogram, with a maximum compensation not exceeding the declared value. If you cannot accept the free claims liability terms, it is recommended to purchase the paid DHL insurance service.
2. Packages with purchased insurance:
a. In case of package loss:With the provision of correct claim materials, the compensation amount will be: the user's declared commodity value + international shipping fee, up to the maximum coverage limit of the purchased insurance.
b. In case of package damage only: With the provision of correct claim materials, the compensation amount will be: the declared value of the damaged goods.

Oversize/Overweight Surcharges:
If any single dimension of the package (length, width, height) exceeds 120 cm, an additional 7,000 JPY oversize surcharge will be applied.If the actual weight or volumetric weight of a single package exceeds 70 kg, an additional 15,000 JPY overweight surcharge will be applied.

Required Claim Materials for Lost or Damaged Packages:
1. Tracking number of the missing/damaged package.
2. Screenshot of the order (or purchase receipt) on the shopping website for the missing/damaged item (the screenshot/receipt should show the specific damaged item details, purchase value, delivery address, and tracking number).
3. Photos of the damaged item (photos of the outer box damage, inner box, and details of the damaged item).

4. Indicate whether the damaged package had applied for any value-added services and the packaging condition of the damaged item (e.g., whether the inner box or packaging materials had additional reinforcement).
