Total forwarding fee
Generally, it's the total amount of handling fee, shipping fee, and option service fee. These also might be some potential fee such as EMS insurance, and overdue storage fee.

Leyifan provide 30 days free storage for each package. If your package put in storage over 30 days, we will charge an extra fee 30 JPY/kg each day started from the 31st day
If the total storage time is over 120 days , the package would be considered to be discarded, and we would have the authorization to dispose this package. Unclaimed packages will be discarded on the 121st day after delivery if no one comes to claim the package. To apply for an unclaimed package, please go to My account > My Package> Lost package recovery.
Precautions:
*How to calculate the storage fee date: starting from the next day after the goods are put in the warehouse, until the day when the goods are transferred to the "paid" status, no additional fees will be charged within 30 days.
*For orders with the status "Pending Payment", if there is no payment arrangement to be sent out, an overdue storage fee will also be incurred.
*If your package is a combined package, It will be calculated based on each single sub package's registered date.
For example: The combined package contains 3 sub packges A, B and C.
Package A: arrived at the warehouse less than 30 days.
Package B: arrived at the warehouse 60 days (weight 800g)
Package C: arrived at the warehouse 90 days (weight 1.5kg)
Overdue storage fee will be 900+ 2700 = 3600JPY
The breakdown as below:
Package A: Free
Package B: (60-30) x 30 x 1kg = 900
Package C: (90-30) x 30 x 1.5kg = 2700
Overdue packages are charged 30JPY/kg, if the weight of sub package is less than 1kg, it will be calculated by 1kg.

If you worry about the package lost or broken, you can choose insurance when apply for delivery. Currently only EMS packets could be insured.
If the total value of your package is less than 20,000 JPY, the insurance would be selected automatically and free.

Handling fee for export declaration
Packages with a value of 200,000 JPY, or more must submit an export declaration to the Japanese customs. After review and approval, the shipment can be continued. Please note that the review procedure will take a certain amount of time.
Starting from April 1, 2017, Japan Post will begin to charge a handling fee of3200 JPY per piece for parcels declared on its behalf.
Note: If more than one package is shipped on the same day, the declared amount will be accumulated. When the total amount of all packages exceeds 200,000 JPY, they will be returned by the post office. The handling fee incurred by the return shipment shall be borne by the customer.
Example: The declared amount of package A is 100,000 JPY, and the declared amount of package B is 110,000 JPY, for a total of 210,000 JPY. Shipped on the same day because the package value exceeds 200,000 JPY, one of them will be returned by the post office.
