Overdue storage feeRakufun provide 30 days free storage for each package. If your package put in storage over 30 days, we will charge an extra fee 30 JPY/kg each day started from the 31st day.If the total storage time is over 120 days , the package would be considered to be discarded, and we would have the authorization to dispose this package. Unclaimed packages will be discarded on the 121st day after delivery if no one comes to claim the package. The package can only proceed after the approval of this declaration. Please note that the review process takes some time.As of April 1, 2017, Japan Post has introduced a handling fee of 3,200 JPY per package for filing declarations on behalf of customers.If the value of the goods in the package is below 20,000 JPY and you choose to send your packages via EMS, we provide free insurance.*Notes: The insurance claim services and settlements are handled by Japan Post.
