Warehouse    Japan Warehouse Vacation Period: January 1, 2025 (Wed) - January 2, 2025 (Thur)    During this period, the warehouse will temporarily suspend package signing, weighing, consolidation, shipping, and other value-added services.    If you have consolidation needs, please be sure to submit the application one week before the vacation to ensure that your needs can be processed before the warehouse vacation.    Note: After the warehouse resumes operations, services such as warehousing, value-added, and shipping may be delayed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding and patience.2. ShipmentJapan Post - EMS    The last shipping time before the holiday is December 31, 2024 (Tue).    For packages that are expected to be shipped before the holiday, the payment deadline is 16:00(JPT) on December 30, 2024 (Mon). Packages paid after the payment deadline will be shipped gradually starting from January 3, 2025 (Fri).International parcels (AIR/SEA)    The last shipping time before the holiday is December 30, 2024 (Mon).    For packages that are expected to be shipped before the holiday, the payment deadline is 16:00(JPT) on December 27, 2024 (Fri). Packages paid after the payment deadline will be shipped gradually starting from January 3, 2025 (Fri).DHL    The last shipping time before the holiday is December 27th, 2024 (Fri).    For packages that are expected to be shipped before the holiday, the payment deadline is 11:00(JPT) on December 27th, 2024 (Fri). Packages paid after the payment deadline will be shipped gradually starting from January 6th, 2025 (Mon).3. Customer Service    January 1st, 2025 (Wed) will be a holiday. Online consultation and other services will be suspended during the holiday. After the work resumes, customer service will respond in turn.

Dear Rakufun users,     In order to provide overseas users with a better shopping experience, we have decided to relocate the packages in the warehouse of overseas customers. All packages for overseas customers will be moved to a new warehouse.     The relocation will start on November 27th(Japan Time), and is expected to be completed on December 1st(Japan Time).
