We provide 30 days free storage for each package. If your package put in storage over 30 days, we will charge an extra fee 30 JPY/kg each day started from the 31st day. If the total storage time is over 120 days, the package would be considered to be discarded, and we would have the authorization to dispose this package.
It takes about 2-3 days of domestic delivery in Japan. We will notify you by E-mail at once your package arrive at our warehouse. Note : Generally speaking, packages signed for on the same day will be put into storage on the same day. If your package is signed for by the warehouse but not put into storage, it may be because the merchant missed filling, filled in the wrong place, or printed incompletely, etc., which made it impossible to put into storage. At this time, you can apply for "Lost Package Recovery" in My Package, and your application will be processed within about 3 working days.(If the package is still not found after more than 3 working days, please contact customer service)

Service fee: 500JPY service fee + 5% of PAYPAL processing fee of the payment amount + 20% of the estimated tax of the product amount. When the merchant of the goods you ordered does not accept overseas credit cards, or only provides cash on delivery service. We can apply for Cash On Delivery service for you. When applying, please provide a screenshot of your purchase receipt and confirm the goods you purchased with the customer service. The package problems caused by not informing in advance shall be borne by the member. 2. After the goods are shipped, please provide your express number to the customer service, otherwise the package may not be signed. 3. This service requires advance payment. After confirming that your payment has been received, the warehouse will receive the goods. This service provides the following payment methods: 1) If you contact customer service online to apply for payment, the payment fee is: order amount + 500 yen service fee + 5% payment channel fee of the payment amount. 2) If you use bank transfer, the payment fee is: payment amount + 500 yen service fee + 5% payment channel fee + 880 yen remittance fee. 3) If you pay at a convenience store, the payment fee is: payment amount + 500 yen service fee + 5% payment channel fee + 165 yen convenience store transfer fee. 4. This service is not a purchase agent, and the user is responsible for placing orders for the goods. 5. If you cancel this service for any reason after paying, a 500 yen service fee will be deducted. Tracking No. of domestic delivery in Japan is usually written in Japanese “荷物伝票番号”、“お問い合わせ番号”. After purchased at Japanese websites, tracking No. would be given by the retailers, so that you can check with it whether your package arrive at the warehouse.
