Please be advised that according to the latest notification from DHL, due to the impact of trade policies in regions such as the United States, freight rates for the U.S. region will be adjusted in phases.Effective November 3, 2025, 01:00 (JST), DHL freight rates for Canada, United States, and Mexico regions will see a moderate increase. To ensure your shipment is delivered smoothly and efficiently via DHL, please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.   Please confirm the following contact details and address information are valid and clear:  - Include apartment/unit numbers (if the recipient lives in an apartment complex or multi-dwelling building, specify the room number/unit clearly).  - Provide accurate street information (abbreviations or vague descriptions are unavailable).  - Include the correct postal code and house number (if applicable, specify the floor and unit number).  - Do not use PO Boxes or courier pickup locations; the address must be a location where delivery can be made directly.  - Please respond promptly to the "On-Delivery Details (ODD)" notification sent by the carrier, confirming your available date and time for receipt.   Effective Monday, July 7, 2025, an additional fee of 1,700 JPY will be charged for redelivery due to incomplete or inaccurate address information. You will receive an email notification regarding this fee, which will be automatically deducted from your Rakufun account balance.
NOTICE: DHL Express Resumes Parcel Delivery Services to Canada

    We have received an official notification from DHL: Starting from Monday, June 30, 2025, DHL will resume all parcel delivery services to Canada.    Due to the large number of unprocessed parcels accumulated during the strike period, Canada Post will prioritize handling these backlogged items. As a result, in the initial phase, there may be some delays in the delivery of parcels to Canada.    We deeply understand that this may cause inconvenience to you and sincerely apologize for it. Thank you for your understanding and support. We will continue to monitor the situation and update you on the progress in a timely manner.

    Due to the deteriorating Middle East situation and closure of Israel's airspace, DHL has suspended all domestic operations in Israel and international air express parcel services to Israel with immediate effect. The resumption date remains undetermined and will be announced via official channels.       Order Handling:      Customers who paid for parcels to Israel via Rakufun on June 18 and whose packages remain unshipped should contact online customer service immediately for a free order cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 1-5 working days and returned to the original payment method.       We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.        Due to the strike action announced by Unifor, the Canadian union, starting at 12:00 PM (GMT-4) on June 8, DHL's domestic operations in Canada will be suspended from Friday, June 20 (local time). As a result, the following adjustments to DHL international parcel services are notified:   1. Delivery      - From Wednesday, June 18, 2025, all DHL parcel services to Canada will be suspended.      - Recovery: The resumption date is currently undetermined. We will announce updates promptly.   2. Order Handling    If you have paid for a parcel to Canada by June 17 and the status has not been updated to "Shipped," please contact customer service immediately to apply for a free order cancellation. Notice on Increased Shipment for Japan Post

From January 13, 2025, we will no longer provide export declaration services for packages with a value of more than 200,000JPY on AIR&SEA routes.
