How to Get 1,000 JPY Shipping Discount
  • To get the discount, please email us with these contents:

    (1) Leyifan package No. and your Leyifan user ID

    (2) Your Rakuten order No.

    (3) Rakuten order screenshot (including order amount & tracking No.)

  • To get the discount, you should purchase on:Rakuten.co.jp,global.rakuten.com,books.rakuten.co.jp
  • The order amount (tax included) should be equal to or greater than 10,000 JPY:

    *The amount after applying Rakuten coupon and merchant coupon.

    *The amount doesn't include the domestic shipping fee (from merchant to Leyifan warehouse).

  • The shipping discount applies to the international shipping fee (excluding Handling fee, service fee and insurance fee).
  • The shipping discount cannot be combined with EMS discount or other discount coupon.
  • When you enter Leyifan forwarding address, please pay attention to the correct address and Leyifan user ID.

My order amount is less than 10,000 JPY after using coupon, will my order be eligible for the promotion?
Sorry! Please make sure the amount whether it's equal to or more than 10,000 JPY after using coupon. And please note that the amount is counted before Rakuten points are applied.
May I consolidate my eligible Rakuten package with other raktuen packages?
Yes. If you want to consolidate packages into one, please make sure that all of them are purchased from Rakuten. And If you have several "Leyifan × Rakuten" eligible packages and consolidate them, you can combine the discounts together and use them to reduce the shipping fee at one time.
I want to consolidate my eligible Rakuten package with other packages which come from other online websites, is it OK?
Sorry! Leyifan × Rakuten campaign is organized jointly with Rakuten. So if the packages before consolidation are not from Rakuten, the consolidated package will be considered to be ineligible (even though one of them is the "Leyifan × Rakuten" eligible package), and you will not enjoy the shipping discount.
My Japan address was incorrectly filled in, and the merchant staff helped me correct it. May I get the discount?
Sorry! If you don't enter the correct address at the first time ( no street address, no Leyifan user ID,etc), even though the address is modified, you will not get the discount.
My Rakuten order is eligible for the promotion, but I don't complete payment on Leyifan.com before deadline or submit the delivery request. May I get the discount?
