Dear Users, According to the relevant regulations of the ECMS, ECMS currently only supports English input for the “Product Name” and “Product Description” fields in the declaration information. To avoid package review failure, customs clearance delays, or returns caused by non-compliant declaration information, please make sure to confirm the following before submitting packages via ECMS:“Product Name” must be filled in English.“Product Description” must be filled in English. Please do not enter Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or any other non-English content. Please fill in the information truthfully according to the actual product, and avoid using overly general or inaccurate descriptions. If a package cannot be shipped normally, experiences customs clearance delays, or is returned due to the “Product Name” or “Product Description” not being filled in English as required, the relevant responsibility and fees shall be borne by the user. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Dear Users, To further standardize ECMS parcel handling procedures and improve shipping efficiency and customs clearance success rates, the relevant ECMS shipping rules are hereby updated as follows. Please carefully confirm your parcel and recipient information before submitting and paying for your order.1. Parcel Return Fee PolicyIf an ECMS parcel is returned due to declaration issues caused by the customer, or because the parcel contains prohibited or restricted shipping items, a return handling fee of 700 JPY per parcel + domestic shipping fee within Japan will be charged. Please ensure declaration information is accurate to avoid affecting subsequent shipping arrangements. Common reasons for parcel returns: • The parcel contains prohibited or specially restricted shipping items  • Improper item description declaration • Incorrect HS Code declaration  • Declared information does not match the actual parcel contents2. Pending Payment Order Modification RulesOnce a parcel enters "Pending Payment" status, parcel information modifications (such as declaration information changes) are generally not supported. If modification is required under special circumstances, please contact Customer Service. The following fee will apply: • Modification service fee: 200 JPY per modification item3. Recipient Address Modification RulesIf the recipient address needs to be changed, the following fee will apply: • Address modification fee: 300 JPY per request※ Address modification is only available before the parcel leaves Japan.4. ECMS Declaration RequirementsTo avoid customs clearance issues or parcel returns, please declare information truthfully and according to the following requirements:Item Description Declaration Requirements• Item descriptions must be specific, accurate, and truthful. Example: ✓ 100% Cotton T-Shirt  ✕ Clothes • If one product link contains multiple products of the same material, declaration must reflect the actual contents (Example: 3 items should be declared as "3 pcs 1 Set")• All items inside the parcel must be declared, including gifts, bonus items, and promotional items.5. For special requests, please specify them clearly in the remarks.Package Separation (Accurately) includes free reinforcement for fragile items. Affected Regions and Shipping Restrictions(1) Middle EastCurrently, shipment capacity to the Middle East is restricted. Delivery may be delayed or even suspended due to local conditions and security concerns. Affected countries include:United Arab Emirates, Israel, Iraq, Iran, Egypt, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Bahrain, Jordan, and Lebanon.(2) Europe and Africa (Surrounding Regions)Due to spillover effects from the Middle East situation, both air and sea transportation to and from Europe and Africa are experiencing significant congestion. DHL Israel Area Adjustment Announcement
