In order to provide users with a better shopping experience, we have decided to relocate the packages in the warehouse of customers. All packages for overseas customers will be moved to a new warehouse.
The relocation will start on November 27th(Japan Time), and is expected to be completed on December 1st(Japan Time). During this period, the operation time of package receipt, value-added services and delivery will be affected. We will resume as soon as possible, and the estimated recovery time is December 5th(Japan Time).

Please note: If you still fill in the old warehouse address after the overseas packages is relocated, the staff need to transfer the package to the new warehouse after receiving it before continuing the operation.
