1. Warehouse

    Warehouse holiday time: January 29, 2025 (Wednesday), will be closed for one day.

    During this period, warehouse services will suspend the provision of services including signing for packages, registration, consolidation, delivery and other value-added services. In order to ensure that your consolidation needs can be properly handled before the warehouse is closed, please be sure to submit relevant applications within one week before the holiday begins.

    Please note that when the warehouse service is restored, due to the possible backlog of incoming orders, the processing time for incoming orders, value-added services and delivery services may be extended.

2. Shipping

    Japan Post (EMS, AIR, SEA) and DHL are all shipping normally.

3. English customer service

    From January 26, 2025 to February 4, 2025, English customer service will be on vacation. During the vacation, the online customer service and email service will suspend consultation and problem acceptance. 
    After the vacation, the customer service will reply and process in order.
