Coupons Rules

①The above coupon is only applicable to the order checkout when purchasing Mercari products, and cannot be converted to cash or used on other sites.

②Each order is limited to one coupon, can not be stacked use.

③If you forget to choose to use the coupon at the time of payment, you will not be able to reissue or make any subsequent processing.

④When an order contains multiple items, the coupon will reduce the amount proportionally. If one of the items is canceled, the actual amount paid for the item and the points used will be refunded (the coupon amount is non-refundable).

⑤When there is only one item in an order, if the item is canceled, the actual amount paid for the item, the points used and the coupon used will be refunded.

⑥Coupons will only be issued and used within the corresponding activity period, and will expire after the expiry date.

⑦If the order is refunded outside the activity period, the coupon will be invalid and cannot be used.

⑧If the platform determines that the registration or shopping behaviour is improper, it will not be counted as the object of sending and using the coupon.

Notices

①The user to participate in the coupon activity is deemed to agree and comply with the rules of the activity, including compliance with the principle of fairness of the activity and the provisions of the coupon shall not be abused.
