As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, we would like to inform you about our warehouse operations and shipping arrangements during the Mid-Autumn Festival period (September 15th to September 17th).

1. Japan Warehouse

During the holiday period, our Japan warehouse will continue to handle parcel reception, additional services, and shipping operations as usual.

※ Please note that September 14th (Saturday) and 15th (Sunday) are regular rest days for the warehouse.

2. Shipping Route Plan

① Japan Post (EMS, Air, Sea):

During the holiday period, the warehouse will continue with packaging and shipping operations.

② DHL International Air Express:

Due to Japan's public holiday on September 16, 2024 (Monday), we will not be able to ship your parcel on that day. Shipping will resume on September 17, 2024 (Tuesday). Packaging and processing will continue as usual at other times.

We will arrange parcel shipments gradually based on the order of payment time and the quantity of shipments that can be sent at each time.

3. Online Customer Service

Our online customer service will be on holiday from September 15, 2024 (Sunday) to September 17, 2024 (Tuesday). During this holiday period, inquiries and issues through Email, FB, and IG will be temporarily suspended. Customer service will respond in order after the holiday.
