1、Priority Use of Old Boxes, If No Suitable Agreement to Replace with New Boxes by Default: We have added this option. If you select this option, the warehouse will prioritize selecting suitable recycled boxes for you. If the warehouse does not have suitable recycled boxes, we will assume you are agree to have the warehouse change to new boxes. 

2、Use of Free Recycled Boxes: If you choose this option but the warehouse does not have suitable recycled boxes, your parcel's additional service will be returned abnormally. In this case, you will need to resubmit a 【Shipping Request】 in 【Parcel Management】. ※ Please note that this may lead to an extended processing time for parcel additional services. The thickness and size of old boxes cannot be guaranteed. If any damage occurs as a result, the user will be responsible. For the safety of your goods, we recommend choosing new boxes with better thickness. 

3、Use of Paid New Boxes: If you choose this option, the cost will be calculated based on the actual size of the new box: 

*Length + Width + Height not exceeding 90cm (including 90cm), cost is 100 JPY; 

*Length + Width + Height between 90cm to 120cm, cost is 200 JPY; 

*Length + Width + Height exceeding 120cm (excluding 120cm), cost is 300 JPY.
