Our warehouse will be closed from 30 December 2023 (Sat) to 2 January 2024 (Tue) for New Year.  All services including package consolidation, weighing, photo checking etc will be suspended during the holiday.  If you have any urgent packages, please submit a delivery request a week earlier as soon as possible.

If you want to apply for expedited processing of option service, please contact our customer service by email by 25 Dec 2023 (Mon) 17:00JPT. Thank you for understanding in advance.

1. For EMS services, we will have the last pick up arrangement from Japan Post on 29 Dcember 2023 (Fri), if you want to ship out the package before the holiday, please pay by deadline.

2. For AIR / SAL / SEA services, we will have the last pick up arrangement from Japan Post on 29 December 2023 (Fri), if you want to ship out the package before the holiday, please pay by deadline.

3. For DHL Express service, we will have the last pick up on 29 December 2023 (Fri), if you want to ship out the package before the holiday, please pay by deadline.
