We apologize for the recent delay in the delivery of value-added services due to the significant increase in the number of packages. (Processing time is expected to take 5-7 working days). Normal processing time (1-3 working days) is expected to resume in early December.
We have arranged an additional manpower and overtime work to complete the processing of value-added services as soon as possible. However, we recognize that our current operational efficiency is far from fulfilling members' expectations. In order to make up for the inconvenience caused, we have decided to offer the following compensation:
1. For the delivery request submitted from 15 Oct 2023, if the value-added service is delayed for more than 5 working days, the system will automatically add 400 compensation points (it's worth 400JPY) to your account when your package is on "Paid" status. The points can be redeemed for coupons to offset the cost when you make the next payment.
2. If the value-added service is delayed for more than 5 days and additional storage costs are incurred when the package is on "Waiting for payment" status, please contact our customer service team, we will waive the cost for you accordingly.
Lack of storage capacity in our current warehouse has slowed down the processing speed of the packages. To solve this issue, we have contracted a new warehouse to increase our storage capacity. However, due to Japanese regulations, it will take some time to get the new warehouse up and running. All of our employees will try our best and work harder to deal with this delay so that we can resume normal operations as soon as possible.
