Due to a significant increase in the number of packages during the promotional period, please note that package registration, package consolidation and optional services are facing delays, processing time is estimated about 3-5 working days. We are doing our best to increase the number of staff and extend the working hours for this issue.All services expected to return to normal in early November, packages will be processed in order of application accordingly.
