Our warehouse will be closed from 30 December 2022 (Fri) to 3 January 2023 (Tue) for New Year. 

1. For EMS /AIR / SAL / SEA services, we will have the last pick up arrangement from Japan Post on 28 December 2022 (Wed), if you want to ship out the package before the holiday, please pay by deadline.

Payment deadline: 27 December 2022 (Tue) 15:00JPT

2. For DHL Express service, we will have the last pick up on 27 December 2022 (Tue), if you want to ship out the package before the holiday, please pay by deadline.

Payment deadline: 27 December 2022 (Tue) 12:00JPT

If you need a package consolidation service and want to ship out the package before the holiday, please apply a week earlier and complete the payment by each deadline. For the expedited processing of option service, please apply by 26 December 2022 (Mon) 18:00 JPT.

Warehouse will resume work on 4 January 2023 (Wed), all services including package consolidation, weighing, photo checking etc will be suspended during the holiday. If parcels are expected to be delivered to warehouse during the holiday, courier company will deliver them to warehouse on or after 4 January 2023  (Wed). 

International delivery service will continue to operate as normal during the holiday, however it may have delivery delays. If you have any urgent packages, please submit a delivery request as soon as possible.  

English customer service will be closed from 31 December 2022 (Sat) to 2 January 2023 (Mon). Inquiries received during the holiday will be handled on or after 3 January 2023 (Tue). We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
