As some members maliciously do not fill in the Leyifan member ID number or fill in the wrong member ID number recently, resulting in packages can not be registered successfully or registered to the wrong account. It seriously affects us to provide a speedy and high-quality service for all members.
In order to standardize the operation and improve efficiency, we will charge a service fee of 200JPY/package for the " Lost Package Recovery Service" from 15 December 2022 11am (JST).
To prevent this from happening again, please make sure that your member number, including warehouse address, is correct when you place an order on the shopping platform.
