Our warehouse will be closed from 29 December 2021 (Wed) to 3 January 2022 (Mon) for New Year. 

1. For EMS service, we will have the last pick up arrangement from Japan Post on 28 December 2021 (Tue), if you want to ship out the package before the holiday, please pay by deadline.

2. For AIR / SAL / SEA services, we will have the last pick up arrangement fromJapan Post on 27 December 2021 (Mon), if you want to ship out the package before the holiday, please pay by deadline.

AIR / SAL / SEA services Payment deadline: 26 Decemeber 2021 (Sun) 15:00JPT

If you need a package consolidation service and want to ship out the package before the holiday, please apply a week earlier and complete the payment by each deadline.

Warehouse will resume work on 4 January 2021 (Tue), all services including package consolidation, weighing, photo checking etc will be suspended during the holliday. If parcels are expected to be delivered to warehouse during the holiday, courier company will deliver them to warehouse on or after 4 January 2021.

International delivery service will continue to operate as normal during the holiday, however it may have a delivery delays. If you have any urgent package, please submit delivery request as soon as possible.  

English customer service will be closed from31 December 2021 to 2 January 2022. Inquiries received during the holiday will be handled on or after 3 January 2021. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
