COVID-19’s Omicron variant made its dramatic entrance in late November and continues to expand in Japan, including Osaka.The Japanese government has taken a number of measures, such as closing its borders to all foreigners which also seriously affect the international postal service.

The Osaka warehouse has been affected by flight resources on various routes, and the timeliness of air and sea freight has dropped significantly, making it impossible to guarantee timeliness. (The Tokyo warehouse operate normally) 

After careful consideration, we have made the following adjustments to the Osaka warehouse:

The Osaka Warehouse will be officially closed from 24 December, 2021.

1. The Osaka warehouse will no longer be able to receive packages from 24 December 2021,please change your shipping address to our Tokyo warehouse in advance.

2. We will arrange the last shipment of international packages* (AIR & SEA) and EMS packages* on 24 December 2021 (*For those packages completed the payment before 24 December 2021 9am JPT *)

For the packages after the payment deadline time, they will be transferred to Tokyo Warehouse for the further handling.

To all new and exisitng members, please change your shipping address on each shopping platform as soon as possible. You may find our Tokyo warehouse address in "My account" > "My Japan address" (Note: all information should be changed including postal code, address and phone number.）

Packages in the Osaka warehouse after the last shipment payment deadline will be transferred to the Tokyo warehouse for further handling. If a package is sent to the Osaka warehouse after the warehouse is closed, there is a risk of loss or destruction, so please make sure to change your address promptly.

For some users have placed orders for pre-ordered items that will be shipped later than 24 December 2021, please contact seller / shopping platform to change the address to the "Tokyo Warehouse". However if the order cannot be changed, please contact our customer service in advance so we will make an alternative shipping arrangements.

The Tokyo warehouse has been upgraded and has more staffs and advanced equipments to handle your packages more quickly and safely. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you again, and thank you for your continued supports always!
