Leyifan is committed to providing you with the highest level and convenient service. 

Your package will be displayed on your account on the same day it arrives at the warehouse, you can ship directly or apply an option services.

a. If you select an option services, it will take 1~2 working days. After the option service is completed and the payment is made, the package will be changed to "Ready for dispatch" status.

b. If you do not select any option services, the package will be changed to "Ready for dispatch" status after the payment is made.

The shipping method and the time of your payment will affect the shipping date. Please see below:

(The following times are based on JPT and are only applicable to Tokyo warehouse)

1. Japan Post AIR / SAL / SEA services 

If the payment is made before 15:00, the package will be shipped on the next day.

If the payment is made after 15:00, the package will be shipped on the day after tomorrow.

*Caution*

There will have a time difference after the delivery from the warehouse to Japan Post's outward office. Also Japan Post collect those international packages via AIR / SAL / SEA services on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, please do not worry if you could not track the package by the provided tracking code, it normally takes 1-2 working days to display on the system.

Example: Warehouse send a package on Tuesday, and the package will be displayed on the tracking system after Wednesday.

*If you need an expedited delivery service, please contact customer service before 18:00 (except Sat, Sun,Public Holiday) and pay the shipping fee and expedited service fee to process the delivery on the same day.

*If your package is on "Ready for dispatch" status on Friday, Japan Post will collect it on next Monday. If you want your package can be shipped on Friday, please settle the payment before 15:00 on Thursday.

2. Japan Post EMS service 

If the payment is made before 15:00, the package will be shipped on the next day.

If the payment is made after 15:00, the package will be shipped on the day after tomorrow.

*Caution*

There will have a time difference after the delivery from the warehouse to Japan Post's outward office. As Japan Post sends EMS package from Monday to Friday, please do not worry if you could not track the package by the provided tracking code, it normally takes 1 working day to display on the system.

Example: Warehouse send a package on Monday, and the package will be displayed on the tracking system after Tuesday.

*If you need an expedited delivery service, please contact customer service before 18:00 (except Sat, Sun,Public Holiday) and pay the shipping fee and expedited service fee to process the delivery on the same day.
