To further enhance and continue to provide our utmost service to members, we have a new warehouse in Osaka for the package forwarded to China from 21 June 2021. From 21 June to 16 July, all packages forwarded to China arriving at our Tokyo warehouse will be processed as usual. From 17 July 2021, our Tokyo warehouse will stop to receive any packages forwarded to China*, so please send your package to our new warehouse from today.

*For some customers have placed orders for reserved items that will be shipped later than July 17, Tokyo warehouse will still receive packages of reserved items and send them to the Osaka warehouse regularly for processing and shipment.
