A difficult year is finally coming to an end, let's farewell 2020 and look forward to a brighter 2021.

Our warehouse will be closed from 31 December 2020 (Thu) to 3 January 2021 (Sun) for New Year. We will have the last pick up arrangement from Japan Post on 30 December 2020 before the holiday. If you need a package consolidation service and want to ship out the package before the holiday , please apply a week earlier and complete the payment by 29 December 2020 5pm (JST). 

Warehouse will resume work on 4 January 2021 (Mon), all services including package consolidation, weighing, photo checking etc will be suspended during the holliday. If parcels are expected to be delivered to warehouse during the holiday, courier company will deliver them to warehouse on or after 4 January 2021.

International delivery service will continue to operate as normal during the holiday, however it may have a delivery delays. If you have any urgent package, please submit delivery request as soon as possible.  

Customer service will be closed from 1 January to 3 January 2021. Inquiries received during the holiday will be handled on or after 4 January 2021. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
