Dear Valuable members,

Due to the continued operating costs increase (including warehouse rent, staffing costs and packaging materials etc), we are announcing the following changes will be effective on 2 Nov 2020 11:00am (JST)*:

(1) Package consolidation fee

Before Change : Consolidating 5 (or less) packages is free

After Change:  Consolidating 3  (or less) packages is free

(2) Handling fee

Before Change : 150JPY per package

After Change: 200JPY  per package 

*Effective with packages paid on and after 2 Nov 2020 11:00am (JST)*

Except a fixed handling fee of 150JPY starting in 2017, we have never adjusted our service fee. We believe this increase will allow us to maintain a great forwarding service.
